CHRISTINE: I'm Christine and I'm Dr. Lewis's treatment coordinator. My role here is to take you back to the room, make you feel as comfortable as possible, show you before and after photographs, and just put you at ease and take the anxiety out of being in a dental office. And Dr. Lewis will then come in, go over all of your options, and ultimately he wants you to be happy in the end, but he wants to give you the full array of what's available out there.

DEBBIE: I'm Debbie and I've been with Dr. Lewis 20 years. And my job title here is basically a treatment coordinator. And it all basically starts from the treatment room when we bring the patient back. I start out with their needs and their wants and I kind of go over with what they're saying and I try to help them go over with what Dr. Lewis is going to come in and say in the room. Like I said, I've been with him 20 years and he pretty much knows what the patient wants as far as the smile. And I try to help them before he even walks into the room so they can get a good feel of what he's going to say.

SHALITHA: Well, I am his hygiene coordinator. What I do is I coordinate all of his hygiene appointments. I place calls to patients to get them in for their regular dental cleanings and examinations with the hygienist. We have some patients who prefer certain hygienists, so it's very, you know, opening for them to know that we remember that and when we call to place their appointments, we remind them of who their hygienist was at the time of their last visit.

ASHLEY: My name is Ashley and I work here at the Texas Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. I fill a lot of roles here, but essentially I'll be the first face you see when you walk through the door. We have amazing patients and our staff is amazing.
