Payments and Insurance
We do accept Dental Insurance! As long as your insurance plan allows you to go to the dentist of your choice, we can file any PPO insurance as an out-of-network provider. Our office is also in-network with the following PPO providers: Assurant Dental, United Concordia Alliance, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Careington, and United Healthcare. Please note that in order to utilize in-network benefits, you will need to see Dr. David Fisher.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Medicaid, Medicare, or DMO/HMO/DHMO policies. Our insurance specialists can help you better understand your dental plan, and will work with you to maximize your benefits. So that our patients are able to plan accordingly, prior to your appointment we will make every effort to estimate your benefits and the patient’s out of pocket expense. Most insurance companies will not give an exact quote until a claim has been received and processed, so our coverage quotes are estimates only.
A note about dental insurance: Don’t let your insurance company dictate your oral health! While we are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of quality and health, your insurance company is not concerned about the quality of your dental treatment, but rather saving money by covering the least expensive and often the lowest quality option to treat your teeth. We will always recommend the best option for your health, which will sometimes mean that the insurance company does not cover the complete charge. We strive to ensure that our service and quality always warrant the difference between what the insurance company wants to cover what is best for you.
Payments and Financing
We strive to respect not only our patients’ time and feelings, but also their budgets. In order to make dental treatment affordable, we offer outside financing so you can pay for your services in a way that best suits your budget. Deposits and Cancellations
We make every effort to respect our patients’ time, and we ask that our patients do the same for us in return. We request that patients give us at least 48 hours’ notice if they will be unable to make an appointment so that we may try to give their time to another patient in need. If a patient does not inform us, we reserve the right to assess a no-show or rebooking fee. Similarly, in order to schedule our patients efficiently, we require a deposit for most new patient appointments and appointments for major dental operations.
